How to modify ZZP Gen I Stage II IC core/plates to work with factory PCV system

Does anyone have any pics or a writeup on how I can go about modifying my original plates to allow for the PCV valve to work on my car. eventually I am going to need to take the SC and IC core back off to replace the worn out garlock gaskets and reseal the IC core to the plates....when I do I want to be able to machine/dremel the plates so the PCV system works again and I can get rid of the stupid LS1 Breather filter that I think screws with my tune. (unmetered air getting into the system)

Any help appreciated.

you will need to drill a hole in the plates for the front pcv passage, this hole how ever will need to be moved forward to clear the core inside the plates. once this is done you will need to machine a grove in the lim to run from the hole you drilled in the plates to the stock passage. You should be able to line up the hole on the plates to match the hole on the blower without cutting since the hole is bigger. I will try and post of a few pics later

but in all honesty your best be to do this is to take off the front valve cover and jbweld a fitting into it and run a small emissions hose from the front VC to the intake between the TB blade and the maf.

Here are some pics where the passages are cut in the IC plates and the LIM.

You also have to drill an extra hole in the LIM for the PCV to work along with the channel.

1st pic is the channel cut in the lower intake

2nd pic is the Upper IC plate

3rd pic Picture is the Lower IC plate

4th pic is the hole you have to drill in the LIM

5th pic is ZZP's LIM for this setup. you have to use a gen V gasket or Garlock gasket and modify it to work for the PCV system.

Here is a link to the thread regarding how to trim the gaskets.

Ugh...Thanks for the pics....that is way more than I want to try with a dremel...and not sure if I can find a machine shop to do it around here...wonder if ZZP would let me send mine in to get machined? If not or if its too expensive I think I may be drilling a hole in the valve cover and installing a fitting and hose....not a JBWELD fan. Thanks Guys.

Ok so JB weld is one way to go, but i have used a fitting and nut, or RTV before too. If you run a N* the nipple on the top of the TB is a goot place to tap in.
