How to hook up a Innovate LC1 to a HPT PRO w/ inputs???

I have an Innovate LC1 with digital gauge (from Dynotune) already setup in my car... I also have an HP Tuner PRO with the external inputs. I would like to connect my LC1 to the HPT so I could log WOT runs for my AFR. I have no clue on how to do this however. I've searched the HPT boards, i've googled this, I can't find anything helpful or in english (at least nothing i can understand). Can someone here tell me how I can wire this and how I setup my histogram for this? I've been using "TheOtherNick" 's thread to get my car dialed in but i'm sick of using the narrowband.

Can someone explain this to me in idiot terms please?

Thanks!

Run the 5v out put of your wideband controller to the hpt interface and then set up a pid with a converter to switch the voltage to afr.

Not to sound like an idiot, but can you be alittle more clear to me? LOL. I seriously suck at this stuff, i'm not going to lie.

BTW, I was about to shoot you a PM about your other thread.

Thanks!

I used the HPT site where they have it all detailed out to do this same thing on mine. You'll need a ground from the same place as the W02 and the 5V, setup properly and then add the pid to HPT.

Got a link to this thread? Like I said i've looked and I couldn't find anything that was clear. I understand you need to ground it and tap the brown wire (IIRC). How do I setup the PID?

Thanks...

another option is if you have deleted your EGR you can use one of the wires to import the wide band signal into the pcm. then when you scan you just scan the egr voltage and you never need to have extra wires hanging around for the tuner.
