That thing is beat.

For 5k I got a modded 99 coupe with a S1x cam E85 setup and built trans. WAAAAAAAAY cleaner than that car. just turned over 92k miles.
 


WAAAY overpriced. I payed 3300 for my 05 grand prix comp g and it look like it was in much better shape . For 5000 you could buy something MUCH MUCH better than this. Not to mention it's a 97. Which is a bastard year for that car.

I guess I'm now far enough removed from the sale to disclose what I actually paid for my black car... $2,600. I'll let the dyno sheet speak for itself... there's a million places you could better spend your money.

I did once buy a 3.4 pulleyed car with a ZZP downpipe and stock tune for $700.

Even so, it had KR... lots of it, and amazingly had not chunked a piston yet. See for yourself:


I'd offer $800 at most if no pistons were chipped. Otherwise, I'd give him junkyard price... $300. Maybe $400 if he includes the sub.
