How much HP should I expect?

This week I am installing an XP Cam with 105 springs into my L26 as well as a GenV top swap with a 3.4 pulley and headers. What HP numbers should I expect to the wheels? I am getting an in-car tune from Overkill Motorsports too. I am guessing around 325hp to the crank after its tuned? Maybe run a 3.25 after I get 42.5 injectors? maybe 340hp to the crank?

Do you think its safe to run a 3.4 pulley on that setup without getting it tuned? I have a MPS to install as well, and a 3.5 or 3.6 pulley. I also have an aeroforce I can't figure out how to get it to work.

Also, I have a stock torque converter from an 06 Grand Prix, would I benefit anything putting that in?

I have a 04 CompG.

42.5 delphi or lucas injectors are terrible.

3.4 sounds right, maybe larger.

But only one way to tell.

260-280 WHP sounds fair to me.

Heads being touched at all?

If they're off, its worth the time.

I was thinking the 3.4 will be a bit much as well, it wont be for another month I'll get injectors, but I'll run the biggest pulley I have for my MPS until I can get a tune and keep my eye on the KR(this time around).

I chipped a piston. I ran SR Rockers, catless headers and a 3.4 pulley with an in-car tune from Overkill Motorsports without any knock on 91 octane. Lasted about 15,000km(8,000 miles?) and BAM, oil squirted out of the dip stick so I pulled the front head and sure enough my number 3 piston was chipped. prior to this, about 7,000km before I has misfire issues so I changed the plugs and wires, my number 3 spark plug was broke off, but I figured it blew out the exhaust somewhere and it ran awesome after I installed auto lite 104s.

So I've been without the car since mid october(my daily driver) and I learned one thing! Keep an eye on my aeroforce! :th_laugh-pointup:

I forgot to mention I have about 190,000 miles on the car. I was driving the car about 1500 miles a week for the past 3 months before this happened lol.

bring the aeroforce by and I'll show you what you gotta do.

The 06 torque conv will be one step up from stock, very small step.
