i dident really find anything on it so i figured i would ask. i was wondering HOW do you install an intercooler? what do the pipings go to? where do i put my filter at? i ask because im getting a core and im just wondering as to what i have to do to be able to get it on. yes i know i need all the piping and stuff. but how does it actually go on?? what goes to what??

I feel ya man. I've been searching everywhere also to try and find something to help you out and nothing. The only thing I could find was that ZZP has a installation CD that comes with their intercooler kit. You might be able to get in contact with them an see if you can get the CD from them. this is their contact: [email protected]

Hope this helps!

thanks man. ive never really had any luck with there customer help. the cd does sound cool tho, hopefully lots of pictures so my slow self can understand it :)

From what I read on their site, it suppose to have really good illustrations and step by steps. I'll also get in contact with them so if they give you the run around maybe I can find something out.

The intercooler core goes in between the blower and the LIM. A heat exchanger is mounted in front of the radiator. Piping connects the two with a pump somewhere in the system to move the fluid (preferrably right before the fluid goes in the heat exchanger). A reservoir is optional to assist in filling and bleeding.

ahhh i was totally off...the core goes in between the supercharger and the lim???? humm so if its not the right one for the car its problew not going to fit. i just answered my own question. okay i kinda see now. thanks. if any one has a diagram that would be nice.
