How do I replace stock speaker wire?

I've been told to replace the stock Monsoon speaker wire, but how to I get new wire from the trunk to the front doors? Does this require taking apart the back door panels in order to fish the wire to the front doors? I'm just guessing. Any help is greatly appreciated!

yup, you can push it through with some wire or a screwdriver.

Just don't break the rubber boot.

Where ever there is a speaker there is a factory wire. Just follow the factory wiring if you're not comfortable re-routing speaker wire your way. But for the door speakers, just go through the rubber boot that has the wires into the door.
