How do I get to the power window/locks master switch on the driver's door

There is a panel on the door of the 2007 Grand Prix that has the power lock switch and the window switches. Do you have to take the door panel off to get at them or how do you remove that panel to get at the switches.

On my 01, I take a small flat head screwdriver, and pry it up. There's a small clip/finger that holds it in place. Start at the bottom (the small side, closest to the arm rest) is where the clip is located. The top just has 2 alignment pieces that hold it in place.
