How do i Adjust the butterfly after cleaning TB i have a high idle.

So a few weeks ago I took my throttle body apart to clean it, nothing wrong just wanted to clean it, Well now, it idles way to high, (some times 3k-5k rpm) like the butterfly is not closing 100 percent perfect. What gives? How do I adjust the butterfly so I can get it closed?.. If I get out and push the throttle closed it will idle right, but it feels like im Barely moving it. I have took the two screws out flipped the plate, turned the plate nothing gives.. I just can’t get it to close 100 percent.

It Closed fine be for what did i do!?
 


did you put a new tb gasket? vacuum leaks? hissing noises?

did you mess with the idle screw your throttle cable rests on?
 
I figued it out and kind feel dumb cruise cable was out of its holder cusing it to hold the throttle in about 1/40th of an inch
 
good thing you got it ,that woulda made for a nasty crunch from park into reverse or drive, let alone some crazy driving
