Hot air always coming into the cabin from behind the center console?

At the bottom near the footwell, pretty much right behind the stereo. It starts coming in as soon as the engine warms up.

Does anybody know what the problem might be and how I could fix it? It's tolerable for now but, being in AZ, it won't be once summer arrives.
 


sounds like the floor is staying open when the heat is off. turn it to cold, see if the air is cold or hot.

also make sure air is coming from only where it should when you control it. only def, vent or floor. i know you can mix the air flow, so if its mixed when not being told to be mixed something is hanging up.
 
Sorry for the delayed response.

If I run cold air, I get cold everywhere. So it only seems to put out hot air when the system isn't on at all.
