high pitch whine sound after LIM and rpms



I got the same code back on again after 3k miles or so. It idles a little rough and also the f/t fluctuates from -21 to + 25 after startup and taking off. The voltage to the 02 sensor drops from 0.8 to 0.1 and is rapidly fluctuating between 0 and .8 V. I've checked every vac hose to the intake and also put an excessive amount of copper rtv on the egr tube. I'm thinking its a bad injector or something with the fuel pressure
