High idle

Just changed my spark plugs and now my car idles at 3000 rpm. No check engine light but I have an engine code p0102, which is for the maf. When I put it in gear the rpms drop down to normal.

My car is intercooled with a north star tb , 42 lb injectors and a 3.2 pulley
