High-flow cat and rear O2

I've check the archives and don't quite see what I'm looking for. I finished installing a set of ZZPerformance headers with a Magnaflow high-flow cat and now I'm getting an SES for poor cat performance. I'm about to order an Overkill PCM but want to know if it's possible to modify the program AND still get a READY status for the cat when I get my emissions tested?

if you set the code to 'no report' it will never come up as an SES and it will let you pass emissions.
