Hid help needed

I just got my HIDs back from WBS for a warranty replacement. And they are doing the same exact thign my old set did, leading me to believe its something with my
car
.

Keep in mind it does this WITH and WITHOUT the relay harness installed..

When i first turn them on the pass side will flash and go out, but the drivers side works perfect. Then when i shut them off and turn back on they both work perfect. Let the car sit for a bit and the pass side will not work again, drivers side still works. I know for a fact its not the ground as I am using a body ground and get almost no resistance according to my multimeter. I have already tried switching the ballast and bulbs as well and the problems stays on the pass side....

Leading me to think its a problem with the cars wiring somewhere...
Anybody ever experienced this or have any idea whats up?

Eric

nevermind, I figured out the battery was too low to run both HID's, started the car and they both work

I was fighting with my hid's for a while with the same problem. Even though I was using a relay harness wires were too thin. I ran new wires on the high amp sides of the relay and now they work great if the car is running or not.
