HID foglight question

Right now im running 5k HIDS in my headlights+foglights but want to move up to 55w soon is anyone running 55w in their foglights i just heard they give off more heat just worried about melting the fog light housing
 


55watters will melt em for sure, i you need then that bright, you should prolly get metal/glass housings.
