I presently own an 05 Grand Prix CompG, It's not the first Pontiac I've owned. The first was a new '73 Brewster Green Trans Am 455, bought the wife a new '77 Grand Prix LJ 400, skip ahead many years and bought a 2000 Trans Am WS6 until last July when a drunk driver totalled it out, so after several months searching I found my current Grand Prix. 2 friends of mine had GTP's so I was fairly familiar with then. I really enjoy driving this car, it's pretty loaded with options...Heated leather seats, XM radio, 6 disc CD player, electric sunroof, polished alloy wheels. So far the only things I've done is a dash cover, tihted windows and 180* t-stat, it's going in for a performance tune soon shop is 2 weeks backed-up. Yhe only other car I've owned that I can relate this Grand Prix to is my '87 Grand National, daily driver runs 12.7-13.0 @ 107-110 in complete street trim, of coarse it was a little modded.
