hey guys what tool to use?

So i am trying to change my Supercharger oil but i am not sure what tool i need to use cause it looks like its a special tool any input guys?

it doesnt look like its an allen hed to tell you the truth cause otherwise i wouldnt be asking it looks round to me lol
