Help with a Pennsylvania Inspection

I got my cars registered in PA last week. Now I am running out of time to do the inspections, as the guy that was going to do all three cars flaked on me. The truck and the wife's car I am not really concerned about. However, my car is catalytic and smog-pump free, which fails the visual inspection. I have no real issue with putting catalytics on there, but the smog-pump is a paperweight that contributes nothing, beyond seizing every two years and blowing the belt. Can anyone help? Or know someone who can help? I am willing to run all three vehicles through them, and I can guarantee that they will have a costumer for life after this. I just need this done by the end of the week.

hmmm, those are normally the first things I rip off a car.....

best part about living in a factory town.... no emissions testing...

I can give you the names of some people. But I can't guarantee that they will sticker your car, as what you are asking is illegal. I may be able to get some things by, but I know the mechanics very well. I highly doubt anyone will do this for someone they don't know. Again, it is illegal.

But you may want to call and ask. I know my truck doesn't need to pass any emission inspections because I drive it less than 5k miles in a year. So not sure how that works on newly registered vehicles.

What county do you live in?

I am in Franklin County. There is no emissions test to pass, just the regular inspection where they look for the parts. I will gladly talk to anyone I can about it; it would probably be easier if they would just toss it on the sniffer, as I am sure it could pass! My email is JMcAlister AT Gmail DOT com, and I appreciate any help.
