HELP!! NO blinkers/hazards!! 95 3.1

ok so i replaced the flasher and they worked for just a second.. now they wont work at all!! Im LOST on this one.. as far as i know there is only the one flasher in this car (on steering collum near bottom)..
 


there are 2. one at the bottom of the steering column and the second is higher up and to the right of the steering column. youll need to take the lower part of hte dash off below your steering wheel. youll need a 7mm socket for the 4 bolts

check your fuses first
 
ok, so i replaced both of em and still nothing.. i took a tester and i have power at both even with the blinker in the neutral position and the hazards off.. is there any way to bypass the flashers and test anything??
 
is there anything under the hood to check? i didnt see anything on either fuse box for anything to do with the blinkers/hazards..
 
may seem a little excessive but try checking all your fuses. sometimes things are on wierd circuits....

des it look like there are loose wires in eaither of hte connectors?
 
so.. i got pissed and punched the steering wheel and they started working??? i think this car is possessed... thank you for the help!!
