HELP Needed! Car surging P0102 code and P1655 code im STUMPED

Ok so lets begin about 2 weeks ago. My car battery dies which I had for about 2 months after Oreilly's exchange from another Oreilly's battery that only lasted 9 months(Oreilly brand battery).

I think its the alternator causing the problem so I take both the alternator and battery to get checked. Alternator passes and battery needs charged.

I decide to upgrade to an Optima red battery and proceed to install.

Well then my car system's starts to mess up. It keeps turning off and on I check all connections and I find the problem(power cable connecting the speaker amp and sub are loose).

I then decide my system may need more juice from the alternator so I buy a 24 inch battery cable to connect from my alternator to fuse box. This experiment only lasted about 3 days since I think it made things worse. I started noticing my RPM's surging a bit more. So I decide to take the cable off.

Well the cable is off and car is started to surge like crazy. I get a P0102 code and then I get aP1655 code. I buy a new MAF and install and same problem. I also bought new Purge valve solenoid and nothing.I also installed new ignition coils.

Im a bit stomped since car was running fine before the whole "cable" experiment to the fuse box. Im also hearing a whining noise like a "whistle" coming from the pulley areas (not the alternator since I took it off again yesterday to go get checked and it passed 3 times) But it could be a bad belt tensioner or maybe something leaking?

Any HELP will be appreciated. This is my DD and wont be able to make it to work without it.

MODS are as follow- XP cam, Northstar TB, LS MAF, #105 Springs, Headers, CAI, 10.5 ZZP wires
