I got a check engine light last nite. had them scanned today. have a po 300 which is a random misfire and a po716 which is the input turbine sensor parameter out of range

the car runs ok. it has a stutter here and there from the randmom misfire (havent got to dig into it yet)

but the car still drives, and shifts fine/normally. so i dont exactly know whats going on here. any information would be greatly appreciated right now

dont know if the speedometer would be affected or not. but it still reads accuratly...i also have a bad wheel bearing too, dont know if over time it would kinda of "trick" the pcm into thinking its messed up. which i highly doubt tho

Clear them, check your plugs and wires/coils. The P0300 is usually ignition related. The P0716, has been found to be a bad wire, bad input speed sensor, stretched chain and or broken reluctor on the drive gear.

Your speedo reading is taken by the VSS which is on the diff end of the trans. The ISS is reading the input shaft speed. If something is going wrong in the trans, it'll manifest itself soon. Hopefully it's just a glitch or soemthing small.
