Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Help drunkie fix his fender!

Okay....so some of you know I got new wheels installed today, and they poke out cause I went with a more wider and lower offset. In order for this to work I had the fenders rolled flat. The fronts worked great (they were a half roll actually so I can keep my fender liners), I didn't have any problems with paint. The rears on the other hand...well they chipped like nobody's business. Most of it was on the inside, not visible...except for one part. I will be fixing the inside of the fenders tomorrow. But right now, I need help picking a sticker to go over the Boo-Boo.

Its hard to see since I touched it up but its close the gas tank lid.

I was thinking a big Vinyl band-aid.

Not even worth covering. It's an 04, it's time for some chipped paint. :P
No one will notice it unless they get up close, a sticker will uglify it.

aw damn, son. how hot did you keep the paint?

when i rolled mine with a rubber mallet and a heat gun my paint didnt chip at all and i rolled all four corners flat.

well if anyone could pull off a random vinyl on the wheel well it would be you.

but seriously i stared at the first pic and couldnt see it. unless you think itll jepordize the the rest of the area i wouldnt worry bout it.

Several things:

1. where are you finding these stickers?

2. Might be the angle, but they don't appear to stick out far enough to be rolled.

3. Or if the rolling is necessary for the upcoming coilover setup, disregard #2.

4. I didn't see and paint flaws.

5. Bandaid or nothing IMO.

put one of the bear decals you got on the back of your car over it, make it look like its popping his head out of the wheel well.

www.ihatestickers.com

They sponsor shift518.com (local forum) and they are good guys.

2. the rears aren't sticking out YET, but I do have spacers and I'm going to tweak the camber a bit, I will be tire against fender for sure.

its very small and I may leave it alone, and if I do sticker it, it will probably be a band-aid
