Help Car running rough SES light MAF dead

Yesterday on the way to work (right after making a right hand turn) I got the SES light come on. Checked the codes & got P102, P1646 & P1676 codes show up. I checked also and found that my wire for my O2 sensor was resting on the downpipe (not sure exactly how bad as I couldn’t see exactly the extent of the damage (if any), my O2’s on my Aeroforce are around 450-500 and no more (which leads me to believe that the wires to the 02 sensor may indeed be broken). P102 (low MAF frequency) When I finally got the car home I hooked up my scanner & found out that my MAF is not reading what so ever (o right across the board). I swapped in another MAF sensor I had (I know that is was good) and I got the same result (MAF won’t read), there is no difference in the MAF when it’s plugged in or not, I’ve tried cleaning the connector for the MAF sensor as I’ve hear that corrosion in the connector couse cause the mail to not read. Since I have an aftermarket PCM I’m not sure what O2 codes have been removed so I’m not sure if it is throwing any 02 sensor codes . Is it possible that if he O2 sensor wires melted & the PCM couldn’t get the signal would it also fail the MAF and then just use the default tables to run?
The other codes P1646 & 1676 are both EVAP codes & appeared at the same time. I’ve checked my connections & vacuum lines and everything seems fine, doesn’t seem to be any leaks. I also noticed over the last few days that my LTFT’s were slowly going more & more in the negative.
Any help or guidance would be excellent before I start pulling the wiring harness apart (after checking the 02 sensor wires).

I had multiple codes including o2 sensor ones when my MAF sensor was bad. I had an o2 sensor code, but it was the "2nd" one so it was just getting a bad mix (too rich I believe) due to the MAF being bad. If you have a friend w/ a GTP I'd swap their MAF in and see what you get. It's easy to get to but requires the hollow center type torque screw driver...and no I am sure that is totally the wrong name, but it's the best one I can come up with :)

T20 safety torque:th_thumbsup-wink: But I think RNUOVER knew that since he has already swapped out the MAF.:)
