Help - Can't Pass Emissions

I had all of the codes that were being thrown for emissions set to no report...I've done three drive cycles and driven the car for about a month now and the SES light hasn't come back on but I'm still not passing emissions. Heated o2, egr flow, and one other thing are still coming up "not ready". My last permit expires tomorrow and I'm not sure what to do. I'm in IL if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I don't have to extend my registration date. Thanks!

On another note...haven't been around in awhile. How's everyone been?
 


pre 2000 you can have two non readiness come up. atleast here. Do you have SES Enable checked? NOTE: Making any PCM changes(flashs) will reset the Readiness checks and you will have to start over
 
Same here you can't have more than two and I have three. Yeah I know it reset the checks, but since then I've done 3 GM Drive cyles and put about 1,000 miles on the car so I thought it should be reset by now.
