help 04 grand prix just stalls out

hello guys
i need some help ive got an 04 grand prix runs great entill you hit 70 mph then it just stalls out like its not running but it doesnt die give it a few seconds then it catches back up and runs again entill you start going a little faster again then same thing stalls out i cleaned the the maf and the throttle body didnt help with this problem it has 181k thousand miles gona change the fuel filter as it looks really old any other ideas?
 


That doesn't make sense, it stalls out, but doesn't die? Stalling means the the car shut off completely.

yea i didnt explain that right it does stall out at times but sometimes it dont die like gags itself but stays running at 1k rpm for a few seconds then you can give it gas again
