hello im new and need some help

Hello i just bought my wife a 2000 grand prix SE yesterday, the ac compressor turns on can see it spinning but none of the blower settings work, so im wondering if its just the blower motor?? And would love to know where exactly it is located behind the glove box, and what im looking for? Please let me know if you can help since i cannot find any actual diagrams online for it, and also if its possibly something else. I check all the ac fuses cant find any fuse that says blower so this is my next step. thanks in advance.
