Hello From Pittsburgh PA Just Purchased 2006 GXP

Just activated an account today. I have been reading this forum, as a I had a 2008 GP. Just traded down, (or up depending on your point of view) to a 2006 GXP. I was going to buy chrome wheels and maybe install leather seats in to the 08, until I discovered the GXP. It had everything I wanted in the standard package. On top of that, my 2006 GXP is Burgundy. What is the official name of that color? How many years did Pontiac paint cars this color? I do not believe I ever saw this color on the road. I am a car nut and I constantly look at cars when I am on the highways.

Welcome. GXP's are bada$$. I love the maroon color of these cars. I have a totaled 05 GTP I'm using as a parts car for my Kitcar. When I'm done I will sell what's left. Post some pics of your car. We/I would love to see it.
