i was driving the other day with the heat on because it had snowed and gotten cold even though it was 70 degrees the day before and i noticed that when i had the heat on high that the blower blowed harder when i was accelerating and when i hit the brakes it quit blowin harder it went back to normal is this a bad vaccum line?
