Headrest removal 200 Grand Prix GT

How do you remove the head rest on a 2000 Grand Prix GT? I need to replace the seat belt guide. I didn't see any tab or anything to release the head rest from the seat.
 


there is a small pin hole in the plastic gromet on the seat stick a hanger or small screwdriver in it and it comes right up
