headlights don't work

Hi everyone. I have a 2001 Grand Prix that the headlights don't work, only the running lights work. I checked the bulbs, they're ok. I checked the fuse and the circuit breaker-they're ok. I checked the headlight ground-ok. I got the print form the library. It shows a daytime running light control module that all wires run thru. It must be the problem, but i have no idea where it's located? Any suggestions? Instrument, side marker and tail lights aer ok.
