headlight lens plastic or glass?



eh i did, but if tapped on others and found out they were glass after having them feeling plastic. so i thought id ask:p know any easy ways to clean them? i dont really feel like sanding them
 
i tried the good ol toothpaste trick and it worked some what but i think im gonna need to buff them anyway. some of the grunge is kinda thick
