Newbie question...are headers emission compliant in PA? I am looking to buy and install SLP headers and Catback exhaust on my 2002 Grand Prix GT.
 


PA implemented CARB for 2008 or newer vehicles. So I guess I am good there. Should I have my PCM tuned after the Header install?
 


I live in PA, and my county doesn't bother with emissions. :th_biggrin2:

I'd get it tuned anyway.
