Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

i am new to the site and new to my 2007 grand prix gt. i have already installed an open cone intake and a 180 t-stat. my headers will be here on tues and i'm wondering if i need to do a pcm immidiately or if i can wait untill i drop the pully? also i've heard that the 07 pcm is difficult...do i need to buy a new one from zzp or overkill or can i look locally for one from a different year GP to tune? with these mods is a drop to 3.4" appropriate?

i am new to mods and the last thing i want to do is mess up my daily driver.
i would grately appreciate any help.
thanks!

You should install the Tune when you install the Pulley

You can drive around with a stock tune when you have headers/intake.

Since you have the newer gen V supercharger you may not be able to drop to a 3.4 pulley. Your supercharger is more efficient so you only need a 3.5 or 3.6. How are you planning on tuning it? if its at a local shop or a friend is doing it, you need a different year PCM. otherwise you can order one from ZZP ect and be fine.

GTP because the GT isnt supercharged that year. your gas gauge may also be messed up. Search some more.
