Have a p0141, Should i defouler the o2 senser to fix??

Would a p0141 code mean clogged cat?

No, P0141 is the heater circuit of the oxygen sensors, not the sensor's readings. IIRC the heater circuit is the same for both 02s, so you might have a problem with the connectors, might have a blown fuse, or one of the heaters might be bad (new sensors)

So youre saying that the heater circuit code pops on both sensors if there is a blown fuse or bad wiring only? I have a defouler and when I installed it, the CEL went off for a day or two, but then went back on since then due to bad wiring. I fixed the wiring and it still throws the heater code for both sensors. Maybe I have a blown fuse.
