so i was on the highway, and the guy in front of me was towing a junker. of course, something had to jump off, and hit RIGHT under the engine. i didnt kno wut it hit till i got home. seen oil under my car, and the oil filter was crunched :th_shakinghead2: had a puncture, and was leakin about 3/4 of the way up. thank god it didnt hit the oil pan tho, that would have sucked. so i got to do an oil change about 500 miles early today :th_laugh-lol2:
on that note, anyone kno how to reset the oil light on the 97 3800s? kno i could find it online, but thought i would ask :th_thumbsup-wink:
 


In PA, you're responsible for anything that falls off your car. Could have had the guy buy your filer and oil, and toss in an extra $30 for "labor"
 
gotta love the awesome filter location. when u say "oil light" are u talkin about the little idiot light in the panel, or the life %?
