Has anyone used this paint?

I have a "Black sapphire metallic" grand prix, most people know it as the navy blue. Has anyone with this color car used this paint?

that paint will flake like a mo fo. each chip you get will be huge and hard to fix so yeah dont get but hey not my money so up to you.
