I am hitting the junk yard and craigs this weekend. Looking for a donor m90 to play with. I wanna try and fit a Nick Williams TB on a m90. Has anyone tried this before. I am going to put in a 4" intake a 4" maf thought a 4"TB would be huge flow. Yes I fully expect to port and flow the rest of the system right down to the cam.

I have access to a machinist and a welder both in my close friend circle and major gear heads.

something like the cable version of this. same specs was thinking even a 90 would be a huge improvement.

I was thinking the lq9 MAF is a better choice the card style MAF only work well if airflow is on a straight path. You need the honeycomb to straighten airflow and get accurate readings otherwise.

Your idea is swell and all,

but why have a throttle body that big when the motor is nowhere even close to being able to flow that much air.

An example, your car can flow a max of 500 cfm, but your throttle body can do 650 cfm, thats 150 cfm over what your car can even do and what would be the point of that.
