Would it be safe to hardwire my XM radio into a switch source in my fusebox? I want to do this since it's one less plug to worry about.
 


Yeah, they draw hardly anything. I just wired mine right in with the radio so it turned on and off with the radio. Worked great.
 
Another question since I can't seem to get this right: Which wires are power/ground? I figured that the shielding is the ground and the single wire in the middle is the power. Hooked them up and got nothing.
