Hard to start Fuel pump?

I have a 04 it cranks and cranks I cleaned the tb and put in a new fuel filter I have found that if I turn the key on and off like 4 times befor i try to start it then it fires right up where would the fuel pressure be going?

check the fuel rails fuel pressure. could be the pump going bad.

the check engine light on by any chance?

No the light is off and I have no codes

rent a fuel pressure tester, it screws onto the fuel rail, front side of the engine.

Same thing happens to me and I lose all my pressure when I turn the key off. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator and injectors so I'm guessing fuel pump
