What do you recommend as the brightest Halo headlights for a 99 Grand Prix? Both ring illuminance and road

I highly suggest never buying a set, they are worthless at night. Worse light output than the factory housings.

If you want the projector look, you should do a retro fit project. Buy the projectors yourself and fit them into the stock housings.

I already bought a set and am trying to sell them. Because you're right, they aren't bright. But that's why I'm asking about what are bright. I can just upgrade bulbs to get better lumens. I don't know if this is what you're thinking, but obviously the ring isn't there to help the driver see. They are there for looks
