Half boosting

So my supercharger snout was bad and scorched cause of bad bearings so I bought a new one from zzp and it's all good now, before that I was half boosting as soon as I changed the snout it was full boosting for a day then a vacuum line blew and threw a misfiring code and started half boosting, I changed the vacuum line and the code disappeared but I'm still half boosting, any suggestions?

Make sure the vent on the Boost Bypass Valve solenoid is free and not blocked.

I also just replaced the bbv

Are you sure you reconnected the vacuum lines to the BBV solenoid correctly? Also, one of the hose connections on the BBVS has a metal clip that is supposed to hold a little foam filter to prevent dirt from getting inside the solenoid.

Ya I connected them all correctly and there was no metal clip to begin with

sure there was/is. its on the other side of the bbv. theres 2 ports, one gets a vac line, the other stays open to air. its got a metal clip that would have held the foam air filter thats long gone at this point.

the circled part is where the foam filter should be.
