So I got all the pulleys and the S/C Belt on. However on one of the Grooved Pulleys, there was a small black rubber ring that broke (See picture below). I screwed the Pulley back on and it moved with no issues but I'm afraid I might need that.
Do I need this black rubber ring as the other pulleys don't have it. Do the other Pulleys need it if they don't have it?
I've taken pictures of what I'm talking about in hope you guys may shed some light for me.

Its a rubber/plastic cushion part thats broken.....Picture below bottom right corner.
