i was thinking about maybe getting a shift kit from transgo for my car. do these kits prolong the trans life and make the trans stronger by any means??
 


They firm up the shifts and lower the clutch engagement time which saves clutches. Some feel that it prolongs the trans life. But in reality ..that's a matter of how hard you drive it.
