GTP Wont start first time, Always on the second, But runs great.. ?

When i turn the key the first time it wont start unless im waiting a while so i usually just stop and try again and it always starts the second time, I'm thinking fuel filter? I haven't checked the fuel pressure because i dont have the tools but if the pump was giving out wouldn't not run great? it just a starting issue, starter seems good.. What do you guys think?
 


Sounds Like ur fuel press is bleeding off. Try to cycle the key on for 10 seconds and then off and repeat 3 times and then start it
 
See if you are getting fuel into the vacuum line on the fpr. It could be leaking, or you could have a bad check valve in the fuel pump letting fuel pressure bleed off.
 
Fuel press needs to be checked at fuel rail. Then go from there. Good press then cycle fuel pump a couple of times and then she'll should start all the time for you.
