I forget exactly what the proper name is for them, but there is such an animal designed to color standard bulbs available for landscape lighting in quite a few colors, such as red, green, blue, etc. They look like tiny condoms, hence the goofy reference. Check out Home Depot in the lighting section.
 
o well the one buld is all the way burnt out so i have to order new bulb....hopefully i can just soder red ones to old wires
 


no the blue led for my fog light i have the pilot fogs it has fog lights, stobes and the blue led halos. the one burnt out i want to replace them to red i think i found right bulbs i will just soder them to old wires
 


well i thought he jumped me bad so did a lot of people but we re watched it there and he actually went on the drop of his hands i was slepping......so he got a good jump but i reeled him in and pulled on him 2 cars before we braked....he wanted to go from a roll all night i told him i would have gave him lengths before i roll with him
