Gtp cuts out when accelerating heavy but runs fine driving normal??? Why

car runs fine when driving normal but it cuts out when accelerating heavy? it kinda shakes also? can someone please help me out with this situation?
 


Mods? Type of plugs? Plug Gap? Last time fuel filter/wires/plugs were changed? Do you know if the car is running lean?
 
its pretty much bone stock....i have cleaned the throttle body out and i just changed the plug wires yesterday and the spark plug are the plugs that i got with the car which i took them out and they looked alright...and how do you tell if the car is running lean? im still learning everything.
 


right in front of the left rear control arm, under your back left door basically, there about 10 at your local parts shop
