Grill air intake....????

ive been working on a grand am lately with the ram air induction that runs to the grills i was thinking to myself it would be a sweet setup for our cars... i was told at some point the trans ams had a similar system anyone ever seen it done for our gtps?

the trans am RA intake works due to the straight in design of the TB and intake tubing. i dont know if all the bends needed to make it work would actually benefit you or hurt you. that and there is not a lot of room under our hoods...but maybe around the bumper?

Bends in the RA intake wll make it less efficent. I would bother with it honestly, it won't gain you anything. I have the RA setup in my hood to my MSP CAI. Its for looks, what little air it catches doesn't benefit me any...

You're better off with some sort of CAI close to the fenderwell. My CAI stays within outside temps at all times. MSP, DEI, and a little insolation does wonders...
