• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

GRANDPRIXUS! Possibly the biggest Grand Prix meet ever?

i love we Canadians never complain about you guys always putting in Miles/MPG etc.. yet its soo damn difficult for you to convert it your self lol:th_nanana::th_jester:

i like the metric system for things like temperature, distance, speed, liquid measurement.
I like inches/feet for every day measurement. cm and mm just dont cut it for me
but this whole gal crap is dumb.

I actually use a lot of metric measurements at work. CNC from Italy.... metric. A lot of the hardware we machine for too is metric. 25.4 mm in 1 inch.

I work at a research lab and we have never touched metric in the 5 years that I've been there. Everything is imperial, we barely have a set of metric wrenches/sockets lol.

We're right because were American. And just because were American...means if it isn't done our way, its wrong.

Dummys. Been at this sh1t since 1776.

Alright guys, I think its time to come back to reality. This isn't going to work, I really wanted it to, but I have about 20 people who post in here all the time, not really enough. Its gonna be a lot for some of us all to travel and make it all work, and I just don't see that happening (since most of you are under 20, money is tight for you). It was a nice thought, but in reality its just a dream.

On top of that, I have a wedding to pay for and honeymoon around that time, money is tight and a 2,500 mile trip just isn't in the picture right now.

I say keep doing your Iowa Meets and Kansas City meets and maybe I'll make one of those some day.

no reason why OH or PA cant be part of the program at some point. that'd be fairly middle ground for all of us.
