Grand prix won't start

I have a 98 grand prix gtp supercharged 3800 engine. I was driving and when i came to a sudden stop it died and won't start back up. I changed the modulator, the cam sensor, and got the battery charged. Still nothing. Its almost like something is draining my battery. It will crank but won't turn over. Any suggestions?
 


Can you clarify, to me cranking (engine turning over) is the same thing as turning over. Do you mean, it's turning over but won't start meaning actually taking over and running?
