I found out I can go to my local library's website. Login with my library card and pin. Then I can navigate to all the different programs/books/research tools and then go to auto repair. It takes me to a secured website for Chilton where I can access TSB, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting, etc. Good stuff. Check out your local library and see what they offer.
 
I have all four volumes of the factory service manuals for 98 gp. Let me know if anyone needs a snapshot of a page
