Grand Prix relay problem

Hey guys you've helped me out before. I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix with a relay issue. It would not start one day. I did a bunch of testing. Fuel pump good ignition good finally tried the relay and no difference. I then switched the relay again and it started up. So fast forward and any time it would not start I can wiggle or unplug the micro relay 14 and 15 and it will start up. But now it has started to stall out while driving. And I'll get out and wiggle the relays and it will start eventually. The relays are good. So any idea where the issue lies.
 


Could be a bad relay, or bad connections.

Clean the connections first and see what happens. Next would be to try a different relay.
